Welfare Reform ServicesRural Minnesota CEP, Inc. contracts with the Counties in our area to provide Employment and Training Services to families receiving Public Assistance. These services are for families who are participating in the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) In addition to services free to everyone and available to those who are eligible for eligibility base services, MFIP participants can receive other services. Services Available: Computer Instruction Case Management Budgeting Workshops
